There is no written application and no interview panel. Two routes are open, and you may take either one or both.
Through our Discord
The quickest route, and where the organisation conducts its day to day business. Runs are called, crews are assembled and payouts are announced there.
- Join the server.
- Introduce yourself in the arrivals channel. A name and the kind of work you enjoy is enough.
- An officer assigns you a rank, and the command deck opens up.

If you would prefer to make it official in the game’s own organisation system first, apply on our RSI page. We review every application there and reply to all of them.

Who we accept
The standard is conduct, not hours
New to contract work
You will be crewed alongside someone experienced until the work makes sense. Sessions are paid either way, so learning on a crewed run is not unpaid labour here.
Flying a full hangar
Our escort, salvage, extraction and haulage work is consistently short handed. Command of a run is earned by taking the work on, not by waiting for a position to open.
Already in another organisation
We are neutral by design and we will not ask you to break an existing allegiance. Affiliate membership is welcome and carries no lesser standing.
Terms of membership
Paid, ranked and on the record
Paid for your time. Sessions are timed and split by share or by the hour. A run is finalised once, and every member sees what they earned from the same page.
A stake that accrues. Logged hours build shares in the consortium. The ledger behind every balance is open to members.
Accounts you can audit. The treasury, the value of the hold and the profit on every operation are visible to the crew.
A rank, not an arrangement. Ranks are named and permissioned by the organisation, so what you may see and command is written down rather than negotiated.
Common questions
Answered before you ask
Is there a minimum activity requirement?
No. Fly when you are able. Your shares and your rank remain where you left them.
Do I need to buy a ship?
No. Crew positions aboard another member’s hull are paid at the same rate as flying your own, and a starter ship is a perfectly useful contribution.
Do you engage in combat?
When a route requires holding, yes. We are not a combat organisation and we do not seek conflict. Neutrality is the service we sell.
Can I keep my current organisation?
Yes, as an affiliate. Star Citizen permits one main organisation and several affiliations, and we are content to be either.
